About the Program:
Hill Top’s summer programs are designed to empower neurodiverse youth and young adults through experiential learning, skill development, and social connection. As part of the clinical team, you’ll provide emotional support to campers across all three programs (Summer Adventures, Pathways to Independence, and Esports & Technology), helping each camper navigate challenges, build self-regulation skills, and thrive in a safe, inclusive camp community.
Position Summary:
Hill Top Preparatory School is seeking a certified Summer Camp Lifeguard to help ensure the safety and well-being of campers during swim activities throughout the summer program. This role is responsible for actively supervising campers in and around the pool, enforcing safety rules, responding quickly and appropriately to emergencies, and working closely with camp staff to create a safe, positive, and inclusive camp experience. The ideal candidate is attentive, responsible, calm under pressure, and enjoys working with children and adolescents in an active summer camp setting.

Camp runs from June 22nd to July 31st. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45am to 3:45pm. Potential training days may be needed prior to camp and will be scheduled in advance.
Compensation:
This is a seasonal position. Pay commensurate with experience.
