Afterschool Instructors: Creative Enrichment & Athletics Coach

We are seeking creative, passionate, and energetic Afterschool Instructors & Coaches to lead our afterschool clubs for elementary and middle school students. We are hiring across two primary categories: Creative & Hands-On Enrichment and Athletics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead structured yet flexible weekly sessions designed for elementary or middle school students.

• Support children in creative expression, problem-solving, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and orderly environment. Oversee attendance, group dynamics, and dismissal procedures.

• Set up, maintain, and properly care for supplies, sports equipment, and activity spaces.

• Coordinate with program leadership and maintain positive, professional communication with parents and caregivers.

Required Clearances & Certifications

• PA State Police Criminal Record Check

• PA Child Abuse History Clearance

• FBI Fingerprint Background Check
