Frankford Friends School seeks a collaborative, strategic, and mission-driven professional to serve as Director of Annual Giving. This is a highly visible role for a professional who thrives at the intersection of relationship-building, storytelling, and philanthropy—someone energized by connecting families, alumni, and friends to the school’s mission and inspiring a culture of generosity.
Reporting to the Head of School, the Director leads the strategy and execution of the school’s annual giving program. The Director manages a portfolio of donors, coordinates volunteers, and ensures that the Annual Fund reflects the impact of shared generosity across the Frankford Friends community. The Director works closely with the Director of Community Engagement,
who leads alumni relations and community partnerships, and the Coordinator of Marketing and Events.
The position requires flexibility, initiative, and the ability to evolve with the School’s strategic priorities. The Director of Annual Giving is a champion for the school, its teachers, students, programs, and leadership.
